When it comes to stopping bedwetting your best bet is to try a conditioning alarm. While your daughter may outgrow bedwetting on her own – the alarm will just ensure this happens sooner rather than later. Alarms work by helping your daughter learn to recognise the need to pass urine and either wake-up and go to the toilet or learn to hold on until morning. You can help your daughter by making sure she does not become overtired as this will make it harder for her to respond to the alarm when it does go off. Any form of treatment should only be introduced under the instruction of a medical professional so it is important that you follow this up with your GP. All the best!
